Ridiculous! run like a government hospital on private rates, booked an appointment for 9am, spent 2 and half hours in the waiting room and people who came after kept going in before me, respect people's time! Be professional, receptionist said an hour wait. My file was last when I went to find out what's going on. What's a waste of my day
